Best Service....above and beyond! This place is AMAZING! Not simply due to the stunning setting but the amazing staff! Went above and beyond all expectations. I broke down on the motorway 2km from Hillview around midnight, with three kids in the back and zero degrees outside not the best situation to find ourselves. Tried calling roadside assist was told 2 hour wait. So decided to contact Ruth at Hillview. Within 10mins Eduardo was picking us up in his Ute. Due to the size of the Ute he had to do 3 trips! Best service I have ever witnessed. To top it off while I was sorting the car out the following morning, Penny took my wife and kids on a tour around the farm. Kids had so much fun. They even let us stay in our 2 bed cottage a little later due to me having to get back from Wagga Wagga with a hire car! One of the best places I have ever stayed at and I have been to some 5* resorts. Thank you Ruth, Eduardo and Penny. Huge thanks from the Jonesy’s!
